A fast wicking and durable merino bike short liner made for epic day rides, or those who want extra comfort. High air permeability merino mesh wicks moisture and dries in a flash.
Merino Shift Stretch fabric is fast wicking and durable, with added lycra for stretch.
these liners are true to size, super comfy, great colour and do what they should. only fix would be a higher waist band if i can fault something, sits under belly button. would recommend.
comfortable and breathe-ey! will probably start wearing them on their own.
The verdict is still out on these. I haven't ridden in them yet, but the chamois feels.... horrible. I feel like it seems like it's dictating what's going on with the rest of the fabric- it leaves weirder bulges than the average chamois and seems to sit flat. Like it doesn't bend around my body- as though the rest of the fabric can't tame this thick beast of chamois. It feels like I'm not wearing anything on the rest of me, except for this awkwardly placed thick chamois that I don't think will actually stay seated properly on me. I think it might just run out the backside of my legs because it doesn't feel like the rest of the fabric is properly holding it in place. When I'm on the saddle I suspect it will hopefully at least stay put. This is for the size small, which by all means should be the correct size for me based on every other pair of Mons underwear/thermals I've had from the company. I do wonder that after I wear them they'll start becoming a bit more form fitting. And yes, I've worn plenty of thicker chamois previously. (5'4", 128lb)
I was having issues with soreness and irritation during and after rides and I was considering changing my saddle. Two rides with Mons Royale bike liners and I’m convinced that these are the liners for me! Very comfortable, breathable and allows me to focus on other things on my rides.
Very happy. Great fit .
