M fits great (5'6 145 lbs 32D). It's supportive and comfortable for hiking, skiing but not quite the support I need for running but I love it for lower impact sports. Love that the material dries so quickly during sweaty activities and I tend to find any wool materials itchy but Mons merino is soft and very comfy, no itch at all.

Love the comfort and support of this piece! It's supportive but the band doesn't constrict or dig in. Stays in place and I forget I'm wearing it!

Love merino as it's good for sweating and easy washing, especially when travelling. It's super comfortable and the light padding is the perfect amount. Wear it during the day or for activities like yoga or hikes. Love this, would def get another colour.

Love these bras- no post-walk chills from sweaty underwear. The straps are elastic so a lil bit chillier, but this bra is heaps better support than the Sierra imo.

its naturally breatherble fabric so perfect for the summer - no problem wearing it everydays and it give just enough tightness. It has thin but good pads under.
